UHH! I feel like crying! J.K, why must you countiue to break me?

This is why ever since Deathly Hallows came out....I stayed away from all Harry Potter fan sites in general. Only seeking comfort in my fellow H/Hr mates and websites. I knew constant talking of H/G and R/Hr would do me in somehow.

So why did I just let myself read J.K's recent comments on Harry and Ginny being soul mates, and Ron and Hermione balancing each other out.

I mean sure I've accepted canon. FINE!!!!!!
There are times however that I seriously think she changed her mind about the final parings last minute!!! Like right before she wrote HBP!
You can't read Books 1-5 without understanding why Harmony exist.

I'll always have respect for her because she created Harry Potter. My fav. series. When it comes to certain things within the series however, she just breaks my heart.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be all sad and gloomy for the rest of the week now!

Do you want to know what I find ironic? In the very same interview that she's swearing up one side and down the other that Ron and Hermione are perfect for each other, she then says she herself dated her share of Rons but married a Harry, because Rons aren't much fun to date or something like that.

So I guess arguing and bickering and crying all the time isn't anymore fun in real life than it is in fiction. Which is precisely why so many people think Hermione is better suited to Harry.

Don't feel gloomy. Whatever she says now, the most compelling relationship she wrote in her books was, still is, and always will be Harry and Hermione.

I completely agree with both of you!
Do not trust JKR! She does not understand her own characters because if you read book . She uses Harry and Hermione more than any one else and they work together a lot.

JKR is frankly an idiot when it comes to relationships no offense and as a writer she does not listen to her characters and their voice, which is the cardinal rule of any writing.
The characters always know better than you.

I am a writer and so got it wrong pretty much after book 4 because she was not listing to Harry and Hermione and in particular Hermione who really is the focal point of the books. So many characters connect and revolve around her.

I always hated she did not join H/HR which is what should have happened from a sheer story point. They are the greatest witch and wizard of their age. Harry is the key to the wizard world and Voldemort. Hermione in my mind should have been the key to resolving the muggle-born, pure-blood issue and I feel the books should have moved toward the muggle world knowing about magic because I feel Voldemort would have used muggles as puppets and only Hermione with her complete muggle borness could bridge the gape between Wizard and Muggle.
So you need Harry and Hermione to save the world jointly and of couse they fall in love.

I think JKR just caved to fans demands by getting Hermione and Ron. I think she did this in HBP, even though in book 7 there are huge moments with Harry and Hermione where you can tell the characters where trying to let her know they are meant for each other.

On top of that, Dumbledoreis now gay! JKR just wants people to keep talking and does truly care or understand her characters.

In addition, I am sorry Ron and Hermione do not balance each other. He is mean and just Ron and Hermione just yells it does nothing for her character it is just annoying in the context of love anyway!

Harry and Hermione on the other hand, she is there for him he remembers and defends her from the beginning in more subtle and important ways than Ron. They mutually admire and respect each other.
On top of that, there magic compliments each other. that is essential to why they are meant to be. Because that blending of magic extends to personalities. He is more raw and impulsive while Hermione is fierce and does not back down and always has a plan.

It is very obvious that Ron needs to stay Ron not be with anyone or maybe with Luna if any one.
Plus Ginny is such a minor character and not very good compared to the rest of the trio.

Basically Ginny is too secondary to put with someone as important as Ron
and I am sorry Ron just gratuitously fights with Hermione and he is realllllllllyyyy mean to her and there was no sexual chemistry sorry.

Hermione is the one person who is always there for Harry.

Again JKR does not know it and proved us right by saying she married a Harry!
Sorry i meant ginny is too minor to put wiht Harry
typingin anger at JKR mistyped
